What is my fundraising target?
Your fundraising pledge is £1,000 per person for the Tower Run & Abseil challenge and £2,500 per person for the Tower Run & Zipwire challenge.
When is the deadline for fundraising?
The deadline for paying in your fundraising is one month after the event: 09/10/23
I’m struggling with my fundraising, what can I do?
We completely understand your concerns about reaching your fundraising target. We are here to help every step of the way and can offer advice and support for your fundraising, please feel free to call us or pop us an email.
We’ve got plenty of fundraising materials available for you to help you. Take a lot at our resources page to download fundraising tools, including sponsorship forms and fundraising guides with great ideas to help increase your donations.
It’s also a great idea to share your fundraising page on social media, or send it to friends, family, and colleagues and shout about the amazing challenge you are taking on!
On our resources page, you’ll also find some social shareables that you can send out with your fundraising page.
Once you’ve raised 25% of the fundraising target you will receive a Tommy’s top for free, if you’ve already raised 25% and haven’t received your code, you can email us at skyscraperchallenge@tommys.org

I’m running with others, how do we set up a team page and fundraise together?
You can set up a team fundraising page in 2 ways, which are best explained here. We usually recommend just having one page and changing the name so it reflects the whole team. However, you can also set up individual pages and link to a team page too.
Please could you set your target to £1000 per person for the Abseil or £2,500 per person for the Zipwire x 'the number of team members' and then once you have the page up and running please send us a link and the names of all the team members. This way we can link the page and donations to you all.

I’ve raised money offline, how do I pay it in and add it to my JustGiving page?
It's great to hear that you've got some offline fundraising to pay in, thank you so much for your amazing support.
The easiest way to pay in your fundraising online is to complete our form here: https://www.tommys.org/pay-in-online.
For the dropdown menu ‘For’, please select ‘Other Organised Events & Challenges’, and for the next dropdown menu, please select ‘Skyscraper Challenge’. You’ll then be able to give us your name and complete your payment.
If you’d like to add this to your JustGiving page, so that this fundraising is reflected in your total, you can add it as an offline donation. Here is a guide on how to add an offline donation to your fundraising page.
What fundraising materials can I get?
Take a lot at our Resources page to download fundraising tools and shareables for your social media or to send to friends, family, and colleagues.
You can also check out our shop to see the fundraising packs we have available. Once you’ve raised 25% of the fundraising target you will receive a Tommys top for free, if you’ve already raised 25% and haven’t received your code, you can email us at skyscraperchallenge@tommys.org
Once I have my charity place with Tommy’s, is my place fully secured?
Once you have been offered a place with Tommy's you are confirmed to take place with us, however you are only confirmed onto the event once you have registered with the Event Organisers and will receive an email from Tommy's on this once you have secured your place.
You will need to complete a form with the Event Organisers to be able to take part in the event, if you do not complete the form by the deadline given by Tommy's then you will not be able to take part in the event.
How do I get my Tommy’s top?
Once you’ve raised 25% of the full fundraising total, you will receive a code to order a free Tommy’s running top and a fundraising pack. If you’ve raised over 25% and have not received your code, please let us know by contacting skyscraperchallenge@tommys.org
I don’t think I’m receiving emails from Tommy’s about the event, can you help?
If you don’t think you’ve received any emails from us, please contact skyscraperchallenge@tommys.org and we can look into this for you and make sure you get every email you need.
