I cannot quite believe I will be joining Team Tommy’s to take part in their first ever Skyscraper Challenge in 2023.

I’m lucky / unlucky enough (depending on your perspective) to be 1 of 100 people to run up and zipwire down one of London’s biggest landmarks “The Cheesegrater”. I will be doing this in September in aid of raising money for the fantastic Tommy’s charity.

Tommy’s is a pregnancy charity working to make the UK the safest place in the world to give birth. Like many others, having experienced baby loss (we sadly lost Evie’s twin early in the pregnancy), premature and pre-term birth, I understand the importance of the amazing support they provide to families during pregnancy.

My fundraising target of £2,500 could fund one of Tommy’s midwife led Pregnancy Hub for a whole week, providing thousands of parents with emotional and practical support on their pregnancy journey.

It’s both a challenging event (48 floors!) and challenging fundraising target so any donation you can make, however small, would be gratefully received.
